Today is it. Let's set a few goals. One for today, one for this week, one for this month, and one for this year. Get a pen and piece of paper and write down four things.
What would you like to achieve today?
What would you like to achieve this week?
What would you like to achieve this month?
What would you like to achieve this year?
Be VERY specific.
Also write your goals in the PRESENT tense as if you're already achieved your goal. Your subconscious is just waiting for your instructions so program it with what you want such as:
"Today I ________________"
"This week I _____________"
"This month I ____________"
"This year I ______________"
