I have been counselling individuals and families for 35 years. I work with individuals, families, and children ages 12 and up. I hold group therapy sessions for children and adolescence that are dealing with stress, anxiety and depression. The work is result and solution oriented and I see miracles happening in peoples lives. 

It is an honour for me to work with those that choose to heal and grow. Sometimes the journey for them is difficult and yet they see the changes and want to be happy.
